On display is the original Bell Motorcycle helmet worn by actor Hugh Keays-Byrne in his memorable role as the Toecutter. Also pictured is the original face latex and plaster prosthetic, complete with glass eyes, created for the film by gifted Melbourne artist Rudy Mineur.
The bronze statuette depicting the Indian Goddess Kali attached to the front of the helmet is a replica of the original, which today resides in a private collection. The replica of the statuette was also created by Rudy Mineur.
The original mould for the facemask and the original job card created by Kennedy Miller for this piece also reside in the Museum.
