This exhibit shows a couple of never-before-seen photos taken on the set of Mad Max. These photos were taken while filming Jessie's initial encounter with the Toecutter and the rest of the gang, at Avalon Beach in early November of 1977. The day's shoot would culminate with Cundalini losing his hand!
These remarkable photos and dozens of others will feature in the upcoming documentary The Madness of Max.
